Hello. In this video, I'm gonna talk about how you can
lower your cost of acquisition by
creating look alike audiences based on only
your high value customer segments
based on their current uh lifetime
value and or purchase
intent. What we're looking at in Bloomer
engagement is called a scenario. So this is a flow
or a journey you can put certain customers
on and this is a plug and play
flow, which means we have this template IZED where
every day we're going to look for our
customers that are in our top 20
percentile of their customer lifetime value.
Bloomers engagement aggregates customer
purchase data. And we're able
to see then based on that who your
high lifetime value customers are. So
we're identifying them here with
a condition and then we are going
to add those customers to
an ad audience. So one of the actions
we can take is to use this ad audience
where we simply connect this to
our Facebook uh account in this example
where we're going to add people to a look
alike audience on the Facebook ad platform.
And we are going to then only send these
people to the look likes. Uh The reason
for that is we want to find people on Facebook
similar to our highest value,
our most loyal customers and
or even people that have a high purchase
intent, that could be our condition here as
well. So really simple use
case to set up very, very uh valuable
use case. Uh It's going to help
you increase your brand visibility, drive
traffic to your website to specific
products uh and really increase your
uh return on your advertising spend.
