Bloomreach launches two new products for commerce.
The first offered an AI-driven site search solution that delivers relevant results across search and facet navigation. The second put data-driven tracking, experimentation, and solutions in the hands of merchandising teams.
Bloomreach joins forces with Hippo,
a leading open-source Web Content Management company, creating the first Digital Experience Platform that combines content, search, and merchandising.
Bloomreach officially powers over $200 billion
in digital commerce experiences, representing the equivalent of 25% of all retail e-commerce experiences in the US and UK.
Bloomreach acquires Exponea,
the leading Customer Data and Experience Platform (CDXP), and announces an investment of $150 million from Sixth Street Growth to fuel the ongoing growth of its digital commerce experience platform.
Bloomreach raises $175 million,
led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and more than doubles its valuation in one year to $2.2 billion, solidifying the company's position as the world’s #1 Commerce Experience Cloud.
