Bloomreach Named a Contender in The Forrester Wave™: Digital Experience Platforms, Q3 2019

Bloomreach, the digital experience platform company, announced today that it has been acknowledged as a Contender in The Forrester Wave™: Digital Experience Platforms, Q3 2019.

Forrester evaluated Bloomreach and nine other vendors across 33 criteria grouped into three main categories: current offering, strategy and market presence. Bloomreach was recognized as excelling in web experience management, search and platform operations.

“We’re happy to be recognized in the DXP Wave,” shares Tjeerd Brenninkmeijer, EVP of EMEA at Bloomreach, “it’s encouraging to be recognized for our solid vision in what we consider to be a headless world.

We truly believe the way forward is to enable brands to grow faster by building unique experiences that connect customers with data, content, products and systems” he adds.

As part of the report, Forrester also mentioned Bloomreach’s search AI/ML baked in capabilities and the strong APIs and developer tools as part of its CMS offering.

The report also states that clients said that Bloomreach’s partner program is rapidly maturing under new leadership. Patrick Finn, Head of Global Channels at Bloomreach commented, “I’m pleased with the progress Bloomreach has made this last year with its partners,” he adds,
