  • Logged-in web and app personalization mirrors email. Customer segments built by Loomi AI are shared with the CMS, so a customer who logs in on the website or app sees the same personalized recommendations they received by email. Engagement level (heavy vs. light user) further determines which promotions and features are surfaced, including a member loyalty flow.
