Bloomreach Wins 2022 Best Feature Set and Best Relationship Awards in the Customer Data Category From TrustRadius


MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, January 26, 2022 – Bloomreach, the world’s #1 Commerce Experience Cloud, today announced that TrustRadius has recognized Bloomreach with the 2022 Best Relationship and Best Feature Set Awards in the Customer Data category. The Best Relationship award highlights Bloomreach’s outstanding customer relationships and follow-through on sales and marketing promises. The Best Feature Set award hightlights notable value for price and feature sets that have gone above and beyond to delight users.

TrustRadius award winners were required to receive 20 reviews between July and November that featured specific key insights on their product’s feature set and about the product’s relationship status. Winners also had to rank in the top three positions of their category in terms of percentage of positive responses earned. Additional vetting via textual review analysis was also performed by the TrustRadius research team.
