N Brown taps Bloomreach AI to fuel digital experiences across all its core brands
Bloomreach Search and Merchandising leverages the power of AI to automate processes and provides full control of all the back end for N Brown brands JD Williams, Simply Be, Ambrose Wilson and Jacamo
London, England -- October 15, 2019 -- Bloomreach Inc, the Digital Experience Platform company, has been selected by digital retailer N Brown to help to provide an optimised, consistent and seamless customer experience across its core brands JD Williams, Simply Be, Ambrose Wilson and Jacamo. Using its strong experience in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), Bloomreach will help N Brown streamline its back-end processes and deliver more personalised digital experiences to its customers across its brands’ websites and mobile apps.
As part of the partnership, Bloomreach will ultimately replace two existing solutions and will deliver strong AI and machine capabilities to the back-end search and merchandising processes. The solution will allow N Brown to further improve its customer proposition, helping them to harness customer data more effectively, and deliver highly optimised and personalised digital customer journeys.
