BloomReach and Valtech team up to power NHS Digital’s new online service platform

NHS Digital, the national information and technology partner to the health and social care system in England, engages Valtech and BloomReach to deliver a new digital experience platform powered by advanced data processing and machine learning.

London -- May 31, 2018 -- BloomReach, Inc., a global leader in personalised digital experiences is formalising a partnership with Valtech, a global digital agency focused on business transformation. Together both companies aim to guide clients through their own business transformation journey, powered by the digital tools they need to be ready for tomorrow’s customer demands.

The first project BloomReach and Valtech are embarking on together is a huge one: helping NHS Digital to better share its news, services, data and events with its users. The UK’s National Health Service (NHS) - a 70-year-old organisation and the fifth largest employer in the world - aims to utilise modern technology to deliver better services and meet the demands of today's digital-first society. As an executive non-departmental public body within the NHS, NHS Digital is occupied with aspects of this digital transformation. It currently offers over 200 different services to NHS healthcare professionals. Staff rely on these services to navigate a complex health system in order to deliver better patient outcomes.
