BloomReach enters Leaders quadrant of Gartner Magic Quadrant for WCM for Its Digital Experience Platform

Evaluation based on Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- July 31, 2017 -- BloomReach, Inc., the leader in personalized digital experiences, just made its entrance into the Leaders quadrant of the 2017 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management. For BloomReach it is the first time being named in the highly respected annual industry report after their acquisition of the WCM vendor Hippo late 2016, which had been recognized by Gartner in the report for 2 years in a row.

The Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluates vendors on their vision and their ability to execute on that vision, and is one of the most reliable and influential resources in the industry for an objective perspective on the Web Content Management space. In this newest report, Gartner evaluated 19 WCM vendors.

“We feel that being included in the Leaders quadrant is a powerful recognition of our open & intelligent technology vision,” says Raj de Datta, co-founder & CEO of BloomReach. “We believe it also illustrates the synergy of BloomReach’s AI-driven personalization technology and Hippo’s visionary content management system, now combined into one open platform that allows for rapid IT and marketing innovation. The ecommerce business has historically been at the forefront of digital innovation and with our AI and machine learning-powered digital commerce search and personalization offerings, we have been leading this innovation for the past 8 years. With the addition of Hippo’s state-of-the-art Web Content Management system, now called BloomReach Experience, to our portfolio, we are able to further leverage these capabilities across verticals, bringing 1-to-1 personalized experiences to any business and organization worldwide.”

The BloomReach Digital Experience Platform is an open and intelligent platform with flexible Cloud delivery capabilities, open architecture to support continuous marketing and IT innovation, full experience-as-a-service capabilities and embedded intelligence for advanced personalization and digital marketing applications. BloomReach Experience is the only open-source Java WCM technology included in the Magic Quadrant.
