BloomReach announces Experience Manager v13 at a packed brConnect Amsterdam


Company was also named 'Strong Performer' in 2018 WCM report by Independent Research Firm today

MOUNTAIN VIEW/AMSTERDAM -- November 15, 2018 -- BloomReach, Inc., the Digital Experience Platform company, today announced v13 of its Experience Manager CMS product at brConnect Amsterdam, the biggest community event the company has held to date. In front of more than 600 attendees in the Johan Cruijff Arena, home of Amsterdam's famous football club Ajax, BloomReach CEO and Co-Founder Raj De Datta revealed the highlights of this major product release.

In brXM v13, BloomReach introduces Enterprise Collaboration with Multi-Team Support (MTS) to enable unprecedented collaboration between developers and marketers alongside with Projects to segment content edits and drive workflow between creators and approvers across multiple teams and campaigns. The new release also brings UX extensibility with an opened up user interface (UI) that allows external applications like auditing, analytics or site optimization tools to be managed from within the brXM dashboard. And, as the first DXP on the market, BloomReach introduces SPA++, which is a set of capabilities to easily support Single Page Applications in a way that enables speed for the developer and still permits marketer control of the front end.

The new product capabilities announced at brConnect Amsterdam underline BloomReach's position as an innovator in the digital experience space. This position was, as BloomReach sees it, validated today by independent research firm Forrester.  The Forrester Wave™: Web Content Management Systems, Q4 2018 named BloomReach a 'Strong Performer'. BloomReach received the highest score in the architecture criterion of all reviewed vendors.

Customer awards went to GrandVision (Outstanding Implementation Award), Ahold Delhaize (SPA Superiority Award), B&Q (Search-n-Merch Rock-n-Roll Award), FC Bayern München (Top Experience Award) and ING (Broadmap Influencer Award).

The awards for Most Valuable Participant of the BloomReach community went to Timo Westland (Incentro), Martijn van der Vorst (HybIT B.V.), Dewi Matthijssen (theFactor.e), Joost Oudeman (OpenWeb), Ricardo Tangali (Incentro), Ilja Murasko (Open Web), Ebrahim Aharpour (OpenWeb) and David Roe (Authentic).

The Partner awards, that were handed out at the partner pre-day on November 14, went to Authentic (Americas Partner of the Year), Osudio (EMEA Partner of the Year), commercetools (Technology Partner of the Year), Atos Syntel (Newcomer of the Year) and Accenture Interactive (Most Innovative Partner of the Year).

The more than 600 attendees at brConnect Amsterdam heard from innovative BloomReach customers including FC Bayern München, GrandVision and NHS Digital along with customer experience thought leader Steven van Belleghem and Gartner Analyst Mick MacComasceigh. The company's own product engineers hosted deep dive technical sessions to fill the audience in on specific use cases and new product developments.
