A main touchpoint of Thirdlove’s online experience is the brand’s Fit Finder Quiz: a multi-step guide that walks new shoppers through the process of finding their bra size, solving comfort concerns, and identifying fit preferences.
This quiz doesn’t just generate a bra size — it builds a relationship just like an in-store associate would, inviting the customer to share their data to get a better, more tailored experience.
But not every customer wants to start their journey with a full-length quiz. So Thirdlove worked with IM Digital to design a mini quiz, powered by Bloomreach and embedded right on the Collections page of their Shopify site, where most customers click first.
This mini quiz asks just two simple questions, getting right to the pain points that Thirdlove products solve. With their answers submitted, shoppers are invited to subscribe to Thirdlove emails or click through to see a curated list of products that best serve their unique needs.
There’s no gated answers or departures from the shopping journey — just a smarter, faster way to help women find the perfect fit.
