The Award has been a great success every year and has established itself as an important measure for quality and popularity of Open Source Content Management Systems. We strive to keep the Award as open and transparent as possible by leaving the entire judging process to a panel of judges, neutral towards all the nominated CMSes in their assigned category, and to public votes.
PacktPub launched the 2009 Award on the 3rd this month with an increased total prize fund of $24,000 and opened nominations for CMSes across various categories. The nominations are open till September 11.
