Elena Kacan

Elena is an award-winning marketing strategist with nine years of experience growing brands and building communities.

She works as the Community Marketing Manager at Bloomreach and takes pride in creating engaging content and memorable experiences to build the Bloomreach customer community in-person at events and online. She is also the creator of the Bloomreach Ambassador Program that highlights Bloomreach's power users and is heavily involved in the MACH Alliance and Women in MACH mentorship program. She hosts the Commerce Experience Podcast and supports community engagement at events and on our social media channels.
