Importantly, it showcases Capgemini\u2019s belief in Open Source.<\/p>\n<p>Capgemini positions Open Source as a brand next to Microsoft, Oracle, SAP and IBM and is offering a Total Open Source Stack.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the unique alliance, Leo Cardinaals, Capgemini\u2019s Open Source Alliance Manager, said, \u201cThe alliance showcases Capgemini\u2019s vision for Open Source. After all, Open Source is mature, more innovative, at times has better quality and is at the least equal to proprietary solutions. The alliance brings together best-of-breed vendors that would enable customers to leverage a platform where these vendors are collaborating best with each other. It is a full-fledged alliance with an end-to-end proposition. This includes consultancy, support and maintenance (on-site, remote or outsourced).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The six vendors in the alliance are: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onehippo.com\" title=\"Hippo CMS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hippo<\/a>, <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ingres.com\/\" title=\"Ingres\" target=\"_blank\">Ingres<\/a>, <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pentaho.com\/\" title=\"Pentaho\" target=\"_blank\">Pentaho<\/a>, <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.redhat.com\/\" title=\"Red Hat\" target=\"_blank\">Red Hat<\/a>, <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sugarcrm.com\" title=\"Sugar CRM\" target=\"_blank\">SugarCRM<\/a>, and <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.zarafa.com\" title=\"Zarafa\" target=\"_blank\">Zarafa<\/a>.
