Responds to situations where the first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning software or applications. Serve as a principal product expert for proprietary AI\/ML based Discovery products. Provide strategic consulting to enterprise customers on processes including integration, site optimization and AI tuning. Recognize customer specific needs and make recommendations. Algorithmically, analyze trends and patterns in cases and customer feedback on an ongoing basis to address customer pain points proactively. Design, build and optimize internal observability and efficiency tools, ensuring robust monitoring, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency across teams. Prepare and conduct regular meetings to review business needs and take corrective actions. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive issue resolution. Collaborate with our Digital Experience Manager to craft winning strategies. Perform root cause analysis of issues and help customers get the most out of the Bloomreach Discovery software. Communicate complex technical issues via email and in person.
