After all, how much of our day do we all spend in digital environments in one way or another, even if we\u2019re physically out and about?<\/p>\n<p>When I started Bloomreach over 10 years ago, it was with the belief that we were all going to be living our lives digitally for the most part. And if that\u2019s true, the corollary is that the quality of every digital interaction that we have has to be as good or better than the quality of every physical interaction that we have.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yet, much of the last 20 years of the internet have been about making things easier. About making things frictionless. And that\u2019s great, but that isn\u2019t all we\u2019re looking for in our lives. Incredible, beautiful, exciting, magical, memorable \u2014 wouldn\u2019t it be something if these were the types of experiences our digital interactions, now an integral part of our everyday lives, were delivering?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Creating Personalization That Feels Magical<\/h2>\n<p>For many years, digital commerce was simply about standing up a store. Today, it\u2019s about standing out. When an experience is truly incredible, you\u2019re compelled to return to a brand again and again.
