This comes as a result of our total compensation, which is one of four key drivers of employee retention according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/the-great-attrition-is-making-hiring-harder-are-you-searching-the-right-talent-pools\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">research<\/a> from McKinsey &amp; Company.
