The California Consumer Privacy Act<\/b><\/p>\n

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), gives California residents specific rights regarding their personal information and requires businesses to provide transparency about their data practices. Our Commitment<\/b><\/p>\n

Bloomreach is committed to protecting personal information and supporting our customers in meeting their own CCPA obligations. We approach CCPA compliance in two ways:<\/span><\/p>\n

Internal Compliance.<\/span><\/i> We maintain processes and controls to honor California residents’ privacy rights when we act as a business, such as when individuals visit our websites, attend our events, or engage with our marketing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Customer Support.<\/span><\/i> When we process personal information on behalf of our customers through our Discovery, Content, and Engagement products, we act as a service provider. We provide our customers with the technical capabilities, contractual commitments, and operational support necessary for their own CCPA compliance.<\/span><\/p>\n
