In this webinar you will learn:
- The complexities of a B2B versus B2C business in today's digital age
- The challenges B2B businesses face regarding site search and customer experience
- How to improve loyalty and thrive in today's Amazon-dominated world
Discount School Supply, a Division of Excelligence Learning Corporation, provides a wide variety of products designed to make early childhood learning fun catering both to B2B and B2C customers. Since its inception as a small retail store selling educational products, the company's focus has always been to offer the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices with phenomenal customer service.
With the rise of Amazon, customers expect products fast and cheap, making it harder for companies like DSS to prove value, deliver superior customer experience and maintain a stream of return customers.
