Raj brought 10 years of enterprise and entrepreneurial experience with him when he co-founded BloomReach. Before launching the company, he was entrepreneur-in-residence at Mohr-Davidow Ventures. Prior to that, Raj served as Cisco’s director of product marketing and was on the founding team of telecom company FirstMark/LambdaNet, which grew to $80 million in run-rate revenue. Raj also worked in technology investment banking at Lazard Freres. He holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Christina Augustine, Chief Customer Officer
Christina leads BloomReach’s efforts to arm customers with the tools and knowledge they need to successfully compete in demanding markets. She is a leading thinker in e-commerce, having been a manager at Bain & Co., focused on technology, retail and strategy. Christina is an experienced computer programmer who has concentrated on site search, merchandising and payments. She helped found e-commerce teams at both Hewlett Packard and Walmart. Christina holds a bachelor’s in mathematics from Saint Mary’s College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Tjeerd Brenninkmeijer, EVP of EMEA
Tjeerd overlooks BloomReach growth strategy, strategic alliances and operations in EMEA. Prior to BloomReach, he co-founded Hippo and charted the marketing strategy for 17 years, focusing on the lead to revenue process and seeing the company continuously double in revenue year-on-year. As a thought leader in the DX space, he is frequently featured in industry publications and as speaker at industry events. He regularly contributes to the Amsterdam tech community as a Startup Bootcamp mentor. Tjeerd holds a Master in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
Taylor Browning, General Counsel
Taylor leads the global legal function at BloomReach. He has over 15 years of legal experience representing high tech companies in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining BloomReach, he founded and grew the legal team at Enphase Energy, where he steered the company through its initial public offering and managed its compliance program and expansion efforts. Prior to establishing Enphase’s legal department, Taylor represented emerging growth and technology companies in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and general corporate and governance matters. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history and a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
Arjé Cahn, CTO BloomReach Experience
Arjé is the brains behind BloomReach Experience. He has a record of building groundbreaking software in his role as co-founder and CTO of Hippo CMS, which is regularly recognized by top analyst firms for its technological excellence. He has earned his stripes in the open-source world as an elected Member of the Apache Software Foundation in 2007, after becoming an Apache Cocoon Committer in 2005. He is a sought-after speaker at conferences on web experience management and open source. He supports the growing Dutch tech scene as a mentor at Rockstart.
Kevin Cochrane, Chief Marketing Officer
Kevin Cochrane leads the global marketing team at BloomReach, charting the company’s strategy for international growth and broad market penetration. Kevin has been a leader of the CMS industry since its inception, leading marketing teams to success at companies such as Interwoven, Alfresco, and Adobe (which he scaled from $40M of revenue to $200M+, ushering in a new era of growth for the company). He continues to be a thought leader and visionary in the Digital Experience space. Kevin studied International Relations at Stanford University.
Rich Fleck, General Manager Organic
Rich leads the team that is responsible for helping customers accelerate and optimize growth and traffic using BloomReach’s Organic technology. As a marketing technology veteran, he has a proven track record of founding and growing successful services teams while at Oracle, Responsys, Merkle, Epsilon, and DoubleClick. With 15-plus years of experience, he’s helped leading companies navigate the ever-changing marketing landscape, while building successful marketing programs and improving results. Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Linda Neijenhuis, Head of People
Linda is responsible for HR and strategic programs spanning multiple disciplines within BloomReach, such as customer satisfaction and corporate responsibility. Before joining Hippo as HR-Manager in 2008, she worked for six years in the same role at IKEA and at Elsevier. She started her business career as a recruiter at Randstad. Linda holds a Master in Law from the Radboud University in Nijmegen.
Darren Johnson, Chief Revenue Officer
DJ has assembled an innovative sales team that is expert at demonstrating the value that BloomReach’s technology brings to the markets it serves. He is a tested sales executive, who ran the Adobe Digital Marketing Enterprise sales team. As a vice president at Adobe, he led the division from an early stage initiative into a $150-million-per-year revenue machine. DJ also headed sales teams at Offermatica, ATG and Verity. He holds a bachelor’s of economics from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Prem Pabbisetty, CTO Personalization and Organic
Prem sets vision and strategy for our global engineering organization. Balancing and prioritizing multiple teams across machine-learning, infrastructure, and front-end user experience, Prem drives execution across Organic and Personalization products. With over 15 years of experience in building high-performing teams and creating differentiated products in competitive markets of advertising and personalization, he has seen companies from early product ideation through to exit, as he did with Adap.tv at $400+M. Prem graduated with a degree in Engineering from IIT Madras.
Will Uppington, Chief Product Officer - Personalization and Organic
Will leads the teams creating BloomReach’s Personalization and Organic product vision and plotting the initiatives that ensure customers’ ongoing success. He has a record of dramatically increasing revenue at companies where he’s worked, including Clearwell Systems and Juniper Networks. Will built early-stage tech companies at Advent International and as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. He holds a bachelor’s in economics and government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a George F. Baker Scholar and a Siebel Scholar.
Jeroen Verberg, Chief Financial Officer
Jeroen leads BloomReach’s overall financial strategy as well as its people and IT teams. Prior to BloomReach, Jeroen served as the CEO of Hippo, where he grew the company from a start-up to an international industry-leading software company, with a successful U.S. market entry. He has built a strong management team and a thriving company culture which emphasizes openness and a non-hierarchical structure. Jeroen has a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
