Raj De Datta is Co-Founder and CEO of BloomReach, a leading software platform for digital commerce experiences that powers brands representing 25% of retail eCommerce in the US and the UK. Raj is a multiple-time entrepreneur. Before launching Bloomreach, he was entrepreneur-in-residence at Mohr-Davidow Ventures, served as Cisco’s director of product marketing and was on the founding team of telecom company FirstMark Communications. Raj also worked in technology investment banking at Lazard Freres. Raj serves on the Council for Player Development for the US Tennis Association, as a Founder Partner at seed-stage venture capital firm Founder Collective and an individual investor in over 20 start-ups. Raj is the author of the upcoming book from Columbia University Press, “The Digital Seeker” which is a guide for digital teams to build winning experiences. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering with a certificate in Public Policy and International affairs from Princeton University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Dave Pomeroy
Dave leads BloomReach’s overall financial strategy as well as its people and legal teams. He comes to BloomReach from BDNA, following its successful acquisition by Flexera. He has a wealth of experience in scaling up mid-market companies from his CFO roles at BDNA, Symphony Communications and Rhythm NewMedia. In addition, Dave has held finance leadership positions at Apple, Yahoo! and Microsoft. He began his finance career as an audit supervisor for Ernst & Young in Palo Alto.
David holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Arjé Cahn
Chief Product Officer

Arjé Cahn
Arjé is the brains behind the Bloomreach technology stack. He has a record of building groundbreaking software in his role as co-founder and CTO of Hippo CMS, which is regularly recognized by top analyst firms for its technological excellence. He has earned his stripes in the open-source world as an elected Member of the Apache Software Foundation in 2007, after becoming an Apache Cocoon Committer in 2005. He is a sought-after speaker at conferences on web experience management and open source. He supports the growing Dutch tech scene as a mentor at Rockstart.

Xun Wang
Xun leads Bloomreach’s global engineering and operations team. He is a veteran engineering executive with over 15 years of experience leading engineering teams. Xun is passionate about technology, complex engineering challenges, and building world-class teams. In the consumer space, he led the team that created the world’s highest quality cloud gaming platform: Geforce Now. In the enterprise space, he led the team that built Medallia’s cloud platform. Xun holds a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.
Christina Augustine

Christina Augustine
Christina leads Bloomreach’s efforts to arm customers with the tools and knowledge they need to successfully compete in demanding markets. She is a leading thinker in e-commerce, having been a manager at Bain & Co., focused on technology, retail and strategy. Christina is an experienced computer programmer who has concentrated on site search, merchandising and payments. She helped found e-commerce teams at both Hewlett Packard and Walmart. Christina holds a bachelor’s in mathematics from Saint Mary’s College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Rob Rosenthal
Chief Revenue Officer

Rob Rosenthal
Rob is responsible for revenue at Bloomreach, including sales and new business, account management and customer success, as well as channel and partners. His career has spanned many years in sales and sales management. His two most recent stops before Bloomreach saw him build and lead the North American Hybris organization through its explosive growth and eventual acquisition by SAP, where he continued to lead sales as the business was integrated and expanded at SAP. Rob then moved to Adobe, first leading the specialist teams within the experience business, then leading the North and Latin America Adobe Marketing Cloud sales team for strategic new business accounts.
Taylor Browning

Taylor Browning
Taylor leads the global legal function at BloomReach. He has over 15 years of legal experience representing high tech companies in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining BloomReach, he founded and grew the legal team at Enphase Energy, where he steered the company through its initial public offering and managed its compliance program and expansion efforts. Prior to establishing Enphase’s legal department, Taylor represented emerging growth and technology companies in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and general corporate and governance matters. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history and a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Brian Walker
Brian is veteran strategy and marketing leader who focuses on the transformation of digital customer engagement and commerce. He has held a wide range of roles across the marketplace - from practitioner to analyst to consultant to vendor - giving him a unique view on the evolving capabilities and approaches necessary for businesses to thrive as digital channels have evolved to become the primary driver for business growth. Prior to joining Bloomreach, Brian was Chief Strategy Officer at Amplience, Managing Director, Global Commerce Strategy at Accenture, Chief Strategy Officer at SAP Hybris, and led commerce technology research at Forrester Research. Brian has also held leadership positions at Amazon, Expedia, and Otto Group prior to that.

Aditya Singh
Aditya is the business head of our BloomReach India operations, a critical strategic hub for product innovation and growth for the company. He spent 10+ years in Silicon Valley in various product leadership roles at Intuit and OpenTable before moving to Bangalore and establishing himself as a thought leader in the e-commerce space. Subsequently, he was an Associate Vice President at Myntra, India’s largest online fashion company, and the Head of Product at Unbxd.
Aditya holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Christophe Jauffret
Christophe leads the global People team, whose focus is on building high-performance teams, supporting global business initiatives, and providing BloomReachers with the most impactful experience of their professional careers. Christophe brings 12 years of broad HR experience to the team, joining from Shopkick, where he grew the People organization from its infancy to an established business partner to the Executive team.

Tjeerd Brenninkmeijer
Tjeerd overlooks BloomReach growth strategy, strategic alliances and operations in EMEA. Prior to BloomReach, he co-founded Hippo and charted the marketing strategy for 17 years, focusing on the lead to revenue process and seeing the company continuously double in revenue year-on-year. As a thought leader in the DX space, he is frequently featured in industry publications and as speaker at industry events. He regularly contributes to the Amsterdam tech community as a Startup Bootcamp mentor. Tjeerd holds a Master in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam.

Ajay represents Bain Capital Ventures on the BloomReach Board. Ajay joined Bain in 2003 to focus on early stage mobile, internet, and software investments. Previously, he spent more than seven years at Trilogy Software. As head of sales and marketing, Ajay increased Trilogy’s annual revenue to $300 million. He led product expansion into new areas, such as enterprise pricing and enterprise incentive management. Before Trilogy, Ajay was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. He has a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Peter Nieh

Peter Nieh
Peter is a founder of Lightspeed Venture Partners, covering the areas of cleantech, software and the internet. He has 14 years of venture capital experience and seven years of operating experience. Before Lightspeed, Peter worked in business development and product marketing at General Magic, a startup that developed an early mobile communication device. Peter also managed Acer’s portable PC business in North America, where he launched the company’s first laptops. Before Acer, Peter was a strategy consultant at Bain & Co. He worked at Apple while an undergraduate at Stanford University. Peter holds a bachelor’s in electrical engineering, a bachelor’s in economics and an MBA from Stanford.

Marcus Ryu
Marcus, who co-founded Guidewire in 2001, is the company’s president and CEO. He successfully led the company through an IPO and has built it into an enterprise that serves insurers in 25 countries. Before Guidewire, Marcus was vice president for strategy at Ariba and an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co. He serves as an independent director of Opower. He holds bachelor’s from both Princeton University and New College, Oxford University, where he was a Marshall Scholar.

Ravi Viswanathan
Ravi is Managing Partner at NewView Capital. He serves on or has served on a number of boards, including Boulder Wind Power, Braintree, Deeya Energy and Desire2Learn. Before joining NewView Capital, Ravi worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Raychem Corp. He received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate in chemical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Hilarie Koplow-McAdams

Hilarie Koplow-McAdams
An enterprise software veteran, Hilarie spent the last three decades at growth-stage technology companies in operating and board roles. Hilarie started her career at Oracle Corporation where she held a variety of roles over the course of 18 years, including senior vice president of Oracle Direct where she drove the company’s rapid growth in both the technology and applications markets. Most recently, Hilarie was President at New Relic, responsible for New Relic’s growth strategies as well as leading global sales, marketing, customer success, support, and business development. Prior to New Relic, Hilarie was at Salesforce, where she was named President and led the company’s worldwide sales teams and focused on growing the business globally. Hilarie joined Salesforce from Intuit where she was vice president of direct sales for small business and a member of the executive committee. Hilarie joined NEA in 2017 as a Venture Partner on the tech team, where she focuses on enterprise software and services.
Hilarie has a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from Mills College.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2018, Ben was a Vice President with Battery Ventures focused on venture capital & growth equity investments in the internet and software space. Kirk Bowman
Before joining Accel in 2011, Kirk was a sales executive at EqualLogic, which was acquired by Dell in 2008. Kirk held sales executive and general management positions at several companies, including VMware, Inktomi, Model N, Object Design, and Parametric Technology. Kirk currently serves on the boards of a number of private companies and advises several others on sales strategy. He is a lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, teaching a course on building and managing professional sales organizations. He received a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Northwestern University.

Alfred Chuang
Alfred is founder and CEO of Magnet Systems, a cloud-based enterprise software company. He was a founder of BEA Systems, where he became chairman and CEO before the company was sold to Oracle in 2008. Alfred also worked at Sun Microsystems for more than nine years. He pioneered and prototyped the implementation of the TCP/IP network on the IBM PC platform. He received a bachelor’s in computer science from the University of San Francisco and a master’s in computer science from the University of California, Davis.

Paul is vice president of business and corporate development at Porch. He has consulted with Internet Retailer Top 100 companies and other leading retailers. Paul led the online marketing for Sears.com and Kmart.com. He worked in a number of senior roles at Microsoft, most recently director of product management for Bing commercial search and shopping. He worked at Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group and Ernst & Young. Chris is a general partner at Andreessen Horowitz. He served as the co-founder and CEO of Hunch, which was acquired by eBay. Before Hunch, he co-founded Founder Collective, an early-stage seed venture fund. He was also co-founder and CEO of SiteAdvisor and co-head of R&D at Arbitrage. Chris is also a personal investor in early-stage technology companies, including Skype, Foursquare, Kickstarter, Canvas, Stack Overflow, TrialPay, Invite Media and others. Iggy is co-founder and CEO of Ourdata. He held executive positions at AdBrite, where he was CEO, and Shopping.com. Before launching his technology career, Iggy spent 15 years on Wall Street with Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan. As a managing director at both firms, Iggy held various positions. Vince is a former Google executive who led the emerging platforms team, including Google Mobile Ads, Local Ads, Google Checkout, and Google Analytics. He was a founder and president of Flutter/Betfair, a sports exchange trading platform on the London Stock Exchange. He also founded GroupPulse and has investments in over a dozen startups. Vince helped build Bain & Co.’s private equity group. Indy, who joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2007, invests in early and mid-stage internet, mobile and software companies. He works with entrepreneurs on everything from acquisitions to management hires. Indy was an early product and engagement manager at BloomReach, working on key go-to-market issues, such as traffic attribution and pricing. Previously, Indy was a strategy consultant at the Monitor Group, specializing in serving technology clients. Alex is a general partner at Andreessen Horowitz. He is also a co-founder and former CEO of TrialPay. He co-founded FraudEliminator, an anti-phishing company that merged with SiteAdvisor and was acquired by McAfee. He is a frequent writer on e-commerce and advertising topics for TechCrunch. Dale is a managing partner with the Ovative/group, working in digital business strategy, e-commerce and in-store digital experience. He worked for Target for 23 years, including as president of Target.com. He built the online business from its startup stage to a $1-billion-plus operation. He also oversaw the building of the Target guest database, which delivered marketing and consumer insights to the overall enterprise. While at Google, Jim has negotiated and managed some of the company’s most prominent partnerships. He has written business school cases for the late Andy Grove, Intel’s former chairman and CEO. The cases discussed the rising prominence of digital media in the entertainment and technology industries. Jim, who interned for the late Sen. Edward M.
