Vinodh comes to BloomReach with more than a decade of experience in diverse technologies including networking, compilers, systems, machine learning and information retrieval. An innovator and a core techie at heart, he spent the last six years at Google where he was the technical leader for Google News quality, writing most of the Google News ranking code and launching several news editions and features such as bilingual news. Vinodh also served as engineering lead for Google Apps Marketplace and led Google India Music Search. Prior to Google, he was a software engineer at Infinera and Cisco. Vinodh has filed over ten patent applications in various areas including cloud computing, network management and edge networking services. He holds a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, and a ME in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
