Team Bio

With over 12 years of finance and business experience, Stewart was most recently the Vice President of Finance at 23andMe, where he founded and built the internal financial team. He also held business development, general management, and operations responsibilities during his tenure. Prior to 23andMe, Stewart was a Director in eBay’s Corporate Development group where he led multifunctional teams to evaluate and execute acquisitions and investments. Stewart was an Associate at Bessemer Holdings (now Lindsay Goldberg) and began his career as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Stewart holds an AB in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a George F. Baker Scholar.
