Paul Dillon
Former DVP, Online Marketing, Sears

Paul Dillon is a 15 year online technology and ecommerce exec. Recently Dillon led the online marketing for Sears.com and Kmart.com as DVP, Online Marketing responsible for the digital marketing channels.

Prior to this Dillon was at Microsoft in Redmond, WA where he was Director of product management for Bing commercial search and shopping. In Dillon’s 11 years with Microsoft, he grew global online businesses, brought innovative new products to market, drove major acquisitions, developed strategic partnerships and built high-performance teams for multiple online products including MSN Sidewalk (local commerce and entertainment), MSN Shopping, MSN Yellow Pages, Windows Live Expo, Windows Marketplace, MSN Money Institutional, MSN Search and MSN HomeAdvisor.

He is an ecommerce and search thought leader with expertise in product management, marketing and business and corporate development. Dillon currently consults with IR Top 100, ecommerce and online technology startups as well as other leading retailers developing cutting edge online strategy.

Before joining Microsoft, Dillon worked at investment bank Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group Inc. and Ernst &Young. Dillon holds a bachelor of science degree in business from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
