After BloomReaching, AllModern Reveals All Things Modern Home to Its Consumers

Home furnishings are well-suited to an online business model because manufacturers have created a wide variety of products that meet individual consumer needs and tastes. And AllModern, a Wayfair LLC property, offers an assortment that contains enough styles, colors, and finishes to multiply into well over one billion unique products.

Before it implemented BloomSearch from BloomReach, AllModern had evaluated a variety of search marketing tools; but none of those tools’ pilot projects were able to demonstrate significant results. During its initial 90-day BloomSearch pilot, AllModern.com experienced a material increase in incremental visits, which translated into a positive impact on both revenue and profit. In addition, the percentage of natural search traffic coming from uncommon phrases has increased.

Following the measurable results achieved with BloomSearch on AllModern.com, Macri and his team are now expanding their deployment to additional Wayfair sites, including its flagship site, Wayfair.com.
